I vaguely remember there being a number you could dial after 1263 and
you'd receive a "you a routing over the ntl network" when calling on a
BT landline.

Does anyone know what it is please. I think a number of our calls have
gone over BT by mistake. There is definitely something in the memory
slot allocated to "1263" cos if I
a) press it twice, i get a number unavailable tone - so there is
something there
b) if I press it before a number I do connect to the other side

I am just puzzled why a large number of calls haven't gone over NTL

Thanks

OK,, no response

The calls appeared on the NTL bill about 10 days after the calls were
made, but BT were aware of them the next day
